@DFS Buying from DFS..DONT..How long does delivery take 15 mins down the road.? Apparently NEVER. Despite the fact they were spotted on a delivery truck OUTSIDE THE STORE..!!! The help desk is CLUELESS , they staff have NO IDEA AND NO communication from management. PATHETIC.

@HyattConcierge totally shocked that the Grand Hyatt Athens hotel can not do a simple chicken salad as it’s not on the menu .. shocked 😱 and they call themselves five star, not very friendly service.. perhaps I should show them how to mix chicken, cucumbers and tomatoes😡

@parcelforce can someone please sort this mess out .. “3 attempted deliveries” “card left every time” oh and “they apparently called me”.. what a load of c**p, because on two occasions I had been waiting and no missed calls, zero.. And cards.. what cards.. lousy service

@parcelforce Hi Jess, Still not heard from anyone, it’s getting rather silly now.. and the number that I have been given is apparently “out of order”.. surely I should be able to get in touch with the depot and pick it myself since @parcelforce is not able to do deliver ..???
