@Deliveroo Has your company never heard of consumer rights? You deliver an order that has half the items missing and refuse to redeliver or refund the missing items. Your support email is no help and send the same sentence as your live chat that they won’t do anything to help!

Anyone else find the Biscuit app really glitchy?
First it refuses to let me end my walks until hours after (at which point I obviously forget about it), secondly it’s absolutely impossible to change your password on there & now account suspended so I can’t redeem vouchers!
@LutfurRahmanTH@TowerHamletsNow A housing officer for TH has ignored all calls and emails since July for a housing issue. I request call backs and complaint details from him and managers with no call back and they’ve left a tenant stuck. Who do we contact for a response?
@BandQ Terrible service from B&Q Colchester. Raised a complaint which has been ignored and no communication from the store manager even though this was meant to be escalated on the 21st. Storing a large item for B&Q which was incorrectly delivered and no signs of a resolution!!
@ScottishPower Do you not provide training to your staff? 4 months trying to open and close an account so that a bill can be paid for an interim period. Rude stuff, I’ve been hung up on and now I’m receiving bills with the wrong name and account number. 🤯
@JustEatUK I asked for a manager to call and that never happened and the first advisor was unhelpful. Never processed the request, didn’t take my details and left the chat whilst I was still messaging. Second advisor took my details but I still received no call!
@JustEatUK Awful service! Ordered food which never arrived but was marked delivered. Reported it and was told to wait 72 hours whilst this is investigated. Now I get an email to say you spoke to the relevant party and it was delivered. It wasn’t and your driver is a thief!!
Thanks to the advisor at @forduk who rather than doing their job properly, has told me to continue driving a car which when I accelerate, brakes for me instead. Thanks to Ford for putting their customers safety first 🙄
@ed2020@forduk They certainly do not value their customers. I’m in this situation because I told Ford my car had a fault which they told me wasn’t present, now the fault is so bad that the car can’t be driven as it brakes on its own. Their advisor said I should have been offered a vehicle....
@forduk I’ve been told multiple times I will be contacted, this will be resolved and I’m still no closer to an actual resolution. Awful service by @forduk and I would never recommend them. Quick to take customers money though!!
