@therealrukshan All one nation did was split the RWNJ vote and increased Labors number of seats. Is that a victory of some sorts? Weird definition of victory

It's not surprising that leftists and uniparty faithful would downplay the significance of what One Nation has achieved in South Australia. What's weird is other conservatives lining up to demoralise One Nation and downplay the result. There has been a breakthrough, yet people are trying to blackpill the success instead of using it as momentum. Those with this attitude will remain in the political wilderness forever. It's also obvious most voters don't care about their strange personal grievances with Pauline Hanson. If you want a viable alternative to the uniparty, it requires shifting voters toward minor parties in ways that create a significant impact on voting sentiment. This also forces the uniparty to take the views of these growing support bases more seriously when considering policies. Even gaining the balance of power in a house of review can dramatically change the state of play for many policy decisions that affect voters. There's still a long way to go to see how this plays out in SA, other states, and federally, but I stand by calling what we've witnessed so far an Orange Wave 🟧.

@nickofnz @noplaceforsheep And? If Australia was a major exporter of refined petroleum products ( which we have never been) and a war limiting production occurred would you support Australia limiting exports? Or say: “we will continue exporting”? Can you blame these countries for their actions?

@DemoniacoASX Nope. Because oil refineries are big expensive investments. They provide best returns when they are interlinked with other petrochemical refining systems such as manufacturing plastics, paints, pharmaceuticals, etc. None of which Australia ever did. Hence our inefficient fail

A tax system full of loopholes rewards people who can game it. A simple low-tax system with fewer deductions would be fairer, harder to dodge, and better for growth. What would be the first tax you got rid of?

Successive Labor parties state & federally have bought us massive debt, uncontrolled immigration, destruction of our power grid based on a hoax, and have divided the entire country on race. Yet Australians keep voting them back in with a bigger majority. Can anyone tell me why.
