@Tonysmarkettips if he completed a full career he’d be in HOF talks, no doubt in my mind that he would’ve been one of the greatest of all time at the position, Just UNBELIEVABLE talent. He was one of those rare hidden gems but knowing what we know now, I think prioritizing health was a good call.

Is 2027 for sure Denny Hamlin's last season? "I've given Gibbs enough of a heads up that they are working on the plans for beyond so as long as those go as planned I still assume the end of '27 is it. Heim opted a couple years ago to sign with 23XI and is banking that it will have a full-time Cup ride for him in 2027. Other top teams were relatively full at the time and it appeared other teams didn't want to put him in a car for a year or two only to have him leave for 23XI.

They’ve severely hurt the on track product..

@nascarman_rr I’ve always said that Tony George was 100% right with the direction he wanted for Indycar.. Trying to make an “American F1” is so stupid.. American race fans want ovals, RCs are fine but they shouldn’t be the majority, Indycar was and should still be an oval first racing series.

@BrendanKeeler20 100%. If I could, I’d give them 950HP.. I like how the NextGen looks so I wouldn’t mess with the body but I’d scrap the diffuser/underbody. Swap the 5 speed and rear suspension for a traditional 4 speed H pattern and a solid rear axle. Imo that’d improve racing at most tracks.
