@dig_deeper1 I just got a $11.6k quote for 180’ of aluminum fence/3 gates. Seemed super high, was expecting $7-9.5k.

I asked for some bids for the Duplex wooden fence and I got several quotes Lowest was $2,500 Medium was $3,000 Highest was $8,000 All of them were excluding material. I picked the lowest They’re working on the fence as we speak

I’m rolling over an old 401(k) and it says I have Roth pre-tax assets and Roth post-tax assets. How is this even possible?

@commbankerguy People leveraged to their necks are hurting. We farm 550 acres almost debt free, paid off equipment and it’s fine.

We don’t bank in the farming community but with the increase in fertilizer prices and fuel, seems like higher corn and soybean prices are coming within 12-18 months. Bankers or anyone in ag land, what’s happening on the ground ??

We want builders to build starter homes at $200–250k so the next generation can actually... start. Instead, they sell $400–500k+ homes and call them “starter homes.” $3,190/month is NOT a starter home.
