You have the latest version of the Claude Desktop app installed (this was a blocker for me initially, had to re-install). 2. Have the Claude mobile app downloaded and updated. 3. Ensure both your Claude mobile and desktop apps are online. 4. You are signed in to both with your Max subscription email. 5. Dispatch is turned on in your desktop app "Cowork" settings. 6. Pair from the Claude app on your phone via the Dispatch tab. Then you should be all set to start with the Dispatch feature.
