I think you misunderstood - I’m specifically saying in relation to union labor the requirements/regs differ between NY/NJ. Simply google search will outline them. NJ much more flexible. I have no specific love for developers, I just understand reality. They have certain ROI requirements for investors and to obtain Loans. If you blow up their costs and the math doesn’t work, then they won’t build. Simple.
