Trip hop has aged incredibly well. Portishead, Tricky and Massive Attack sound great today. Name any other niche time specific genre that doesn't sound embarrassing and clunky 20 or 30 years after its heyday.

I agree that Sesko should've done better yesterday and also deserves some fair criticism, but the reactions towards him from our fans has been over the top, and he's being written off way too early. He's 22 in his first season at Man Utd. Patience, don't tear him apart.

People have been experiencing the incredible benefits of reducing their alcohol intake & in some cases eliminating it altogether. I believe cannabis is next. For improving sleep and drive. Note: I’m not anti-cannabis for people that maintain high productivity and mental health.

@nellyhandro @hubermanlab I have been struggling with insomnia for 2~3 years now and edibles are the only thing that guarantees me to fall asleep fast and for along time. But I’ve realised it’s probably not healthy long term so currently trying to sort the issue without using anything.

@hubermanlab I’ve struggled with falling asleep due to high brain activity at night and just laying in bed for hours. Cannabis has help calm everything down before bed. Its helped tremendously. I mainly do edibles because of the side effects of smoking. Thoughts?
