@SafaricomPLC Dear Safaricom, The new app is confusing and lacks important features like transaction history. It’s not as user-friendly as the previous version. Many Kenyans are finding it difficult to use. Kindly consider bringing back the old version or improving this one.

Safaricom should just have copied the MyAirtel App idea for their MyOneApp app. The MyAirtel app combines both telco and financial services in one very simple and clean interface.

@KhayeriJup52548 My OneApp is an upgrade of the app offering an all-in-one experience of our services, Khayeri. Please restart your phone, set Safaricom SIM Card as the default mobile data SIM. You can temporarily disable dual SIM mode, complete the first login to the app, then re-enable it.^KB

I couldn’t be bothered to to use the @SafaricomPLC app any longer. I’m using the other one … this trash one app is useless constant logins and safaricome why I’m still getting messsgss of verification 3 times in a row every morning at8 iš mad. I’m verified.

This morning I have decided to uninstall the stup**d low life and manipulative Myoneapp by the government controlled @SafaricomPLC. The monopoly of market that @SafaricomPLC has been enjoying should be called out immediately because it's beginning to look like @SafaricomPLC can dictate how the the public can spend money with petty operation limitations. This is uncalled for and I suggest we move fast to put the @SafaricomPLC where it belongs. I will from today try and explore @Payless_Africa or @LOOP_KE and find the best app to use. @SafaricomPLC has deliberately ignored customer plights on errors on operation limitations on the app, slow responses when processing money transfers during sending money and making Payments using the Sim toolkit to compel customers to use the the safaricom app where they have partnered with several service providers to market brands. This is deliberate to keep me and you under their armpits. @SafaricomPLC is the most dominant company on the Nairobi Securities Exchange @NSE_PLC, serving as the primary driver of market capitalisation, liquidity, and investor sentiment. As of this year 2026, it is the most valuable company on the exchange, with a market capitalization often exceeding KSh 1 trillion and representing roughly 30-40% of the entire NSE equity market value. But the dividends? An interim dividend of KSh 0.85 per share in 2026?? Price per share nayo imechezea 28-33 for close to one year, leaves a lot to say for a company big as @SafaricomPLC. It is this same company that was mentioned in court, admitting they released information to @DCI_Kenya without customer consent and without adhering to proper legal procedures.
