Are we fr 💀 Here’s the timeline: - I tweeted @TeamYouTube at 4:43 PM, asking for a proper re-review of my falsely terminated channel (x.com/BADFLAREE/stat…) - YouTube replied to my tweet at 5:01 PM, saying they’ll check on my situation - They IMMEDIATELY sent me a DM at 5:01 PM, saying they re-reviewed my channel, and confirmed the termination stands How is that even possible????? Trick question, it’s not. I simply asked for a re-review of my channel, accounting for proper context of my content, so they can see I haven’t broken their policies. They can’t even bother to pretend like they took a proper look. It’s a sick joke. I’m tired man #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators

Hello @TeamYouTube I am appealing the recent termination of my channel for alleged “Harassment or Cyberbullying.” My content does not contain harassment, threats, targeted insults, stalking, doxxing, mocking or any behavior that violates YouTube’s harassment guidelines. I assume the specific video that flagged my channel was "DANK CHARLIE KIRK MEMES". This video was a commentary on the internet's reaction of Charlie Kirk's death, and I believe it was flagged and terminated my channel without proper context. My video: ✅ Starts with the first 20s with an EDSA disclaimer ✅ Explicitly states I DO NOT support or celebrate political violence ✅ Was a commentary analysis on HOW the internet reacted to the event with memes. Analyzing "meme culture" is standard commentary and falls under your own Public Interest exceptions updated in June 2025. Countless other creators have covered these exact memes/reactions without being banned (examples attached). An instant permanent ban for content that follows all EDSA guidelines is a massive AI overreach. Please get a human specialist to look at this with full, proper context. I've been wrongfully terminated for 30+ days now by YouTube's AI moderation system. My 25k+ channel was terminated for “cyberbullying & harassment,” which is insulting. My entire channel was comedic commentary. I've never harassed anyone, never targeted anyone, and I already proved that with full context and evidence (tweet provided bellow). Meanwhile, countless creators make the exact same style of content I do, and they’re completely fine. Even bigger creators who have actually broken policies are still on the platform... but I follow every rule and get terminated by a false AI decision. Throughout the past week, YouTube has acknowledged many times that their automated systems have made wrong decisions. So all I’m asking for is the same fairness other falsely terminated creators have received. I am 100% certain I haven't violated YouTube's policies, and so are all of my subs. If a real person looked into my case, they'd see that too. Please give me a fair review. I feel sick to my stomach. This is the email i've just received in response from YouTube's support. They believe i'm still circumventing a ban and my termination is correct. This is despite all the proof that this is a blatant error in their AI. I don't know what to do.

Dude its very obvious YouTube's ramped up AI moderation in the last 3 months, otherwise, we wouldn't be seeing this mass influx of innocent creators begging for their channels back on twitter. There's a new case that goes viral damn near every day. Stop trying to act like nothing's going on. Help us please

This number is in line with trends we've seen in past years (and isn't the highest - Q4 2023 was 20.5M). This quarter's increase was largely driven by a rise in attempted financial scams from Southeast Asia.

Encouraged to see my channel was part of those 7+ million. Encouraged because maybe @YouTubeInsider @YouTubeCreators @TeamYouTube will one day admit there was a glitch in their system and restore my channel. It’s something a professional organization worth trillions of dollars would do.

Remember when I said YouTube banned 5,003,437 channels in 6 months? Google just released the latest transparency report showing they banned 7,456,811 in 3 months. I remember EXACTLY quoting and saying that there was a systematical error going on and YouTube isn’t admitting it
