@JetBlue your Newark to LA flight that was supposed to leave at 545 and your pilots are supposedly stuck in traffic. Which is a lie, they said the holland tunnel, and google shows route wide open. Rude staff, done with Jet Blue.

@VerizonSupport I need to be able to receive text messages from other platforms. This is really hindering my experience with Verizon.

@VerizonSupport I spent 4 hours on the phone with “tier two” technical support, trying to be able to receive text messages from non-Apple phones. After four hours of course I got left on hold by your team after speaking with them for over an hour finally just gave up.

@instagram your company has lost a very important insight. That insight is taking care of your customers. Instead, you operate and some BS veil of secrecy. You shut down my account for no reason whatsoever and then, when I try to contest it, you won’t even send me a code.

@Uber_Support was not the restaurants fault, not the drivers fault, it was your system/networks fault!! Unacceptable!! Your company lost stomething along the way, Customer Appriciation!! You take more and more at every turn and give us less and less in return

@Uber_Support “Sorry” doesn’t cut it. This issue was not driver or the restaurant it was your platform!! Nobody else’s fault, I want my $48 refunded and the driver should get his tip from Uber!! WOW!!!
