Earlier today, I met with Wireless World Research Forum Chairman Nigel Jefferies. We spoke about strengthening collaboration on cybersecurity and #ChildOnlineProtection across the Asia-Pacific region, advancing research and awareness through academia, and promoting the participation of developing countries in spectrum strategies in line with #ITUWTDC-25 mandate.

It was a pleasure to meet with Bharat B. Bhatia, President of @ItuApt. We discussed the outcomes of #ITUWTDC and our strengthened collaboration across the region through the @ITU Area Office for South Asia and the Innovation Centre in New Delhi as well as our collaboration to advance the work of the @ITUDevelopment Study Groups. We look forward to joining forces to support the successful implementation of the Baku Action Plan and advancing digital transformation.

Chaired a Stakeholder Advisory Committee of the Telecom Service Providers of the industry. Undertook a coordinated review with all TSP stakeholders to deliberate on wireless networks as the backbone of India’s telecom ecosystem. Focused on the importance of balanced spectrum allocation, ensuring harmony between mobile and Wi-Fi and shaping an India-specific, future-ready telecom approach.

I warmly welcome NFAP 2025. This forward-looking policy will foster innovation in 5G/6G ecosystems, and align India with global standards for a digitally empowered future. We welcome the opening of the upper 6GHz band for 6 G and the way forward for lower 6GHz band unlicensed

@DoubleTree Goa . Private Taxi mafia operating outside this hotel working in conjunction with hotel staff really brings a very bad name to the @HiltonHotels . Public taxis are not allowed to come near the hotel to pick up guests. I think it will be best to boycott this chain
