I am a military age male. So are all my friends.
None of us are going to go die for Israel. Full stop.
Throw me in jail, seize my accounts, whatever.
I’m not fighting in another middle eastern war for “our greatest ally”

A military draft is not currently under consideration, but President Trump is keeping all options open, according to the White House.

@RepMGP @rudyglove27 Did go into the SCIF to read those files or were attempting to from your desk? Context matters or else you’re just gaslighting. Also where were you when Biden’s DOJ had these files and the victims were asking for justice?
English

Somebody at the DOJ seems to think a Sharpied out PDF is “unredacted”. I think they’re not complying with the law we passed.
Members of Congress are supposed to have access to uncensored files- but reviewing files today, my bipartisan colleagues and I found blacked out pages, obstructive search systems, and continued surveillance of our individual search history.
This is anti-American and we’re not going to let it ride. #EpsteinFiles

@Michelle_C_444 @AzPetrich @EK_2C4M So you are saying Obama and. Linton broke the law with Benghazi?
English

@AzPetrich @EK_2C4M Wow he sure came down on Hillary Clinton, now he’s done it x 100. Not surprised . He breaks laws everyday

@rshereme @rudyglove27 Cool post, now do Deployed Resources and their $900 million contracts.

I truly hope that Kristi Noem will be prosecuted and brought to justice. I was honestly shocked by the scale of embezzlement and the way our tax money was used to enrich her friends.
Just think about it: she funneled $200 million to a brand-new business her friend had started only 11 days earlier. No bid. No process. No business track record before receiving a government contract.
I guess that was the plan all along for how to “make America great again.”

@NiqabNancy I read they even stole the Holocaust from Muslims!!!! They systematically changed the narrative over the course of years to replace Muslim with Jew.

@MadeleineDean as a retired service member I would like to opine on your statement about the six service members killed by Iranian strikes. We average 917 non combat related deaths annually, 523 of them from suicide…highlight those numbers!!!!

@GBNT1952 I remember going into Alqosh during my 2006 Iraq rotation. The Kurds were amazing, safe, quiet, and clean. I volunteered every time we needed to spend CERP funds because we spent it there.

Let’s talk about how badass the Kurds are and how much we actually owe them.
The Kurds are some of the toughest fighters on the planet, and anyone who has worked around them knows it. They have a deep warrior culture that goes back generations, and when they fight, they fight hard and with a ruthlessness that is often unmatched.
In Iraq, Syria, and across the region, Kurdish fighters stood shoulder to shoulder with US Special Forces and did the kind of work that wins wars (if only American politics didn’t get in the way).
They helped us smash ISIS when most of the region collapsed.
They cleared cities street by street while we backed them with air and advisors. They held the line when it mattered.
The Peshmerga and the Kurdish led SDF proved over and over again that they are disciplined, capable, and absolutely fearless in battle.
What makes it even more remarkable is that they have stayed loyal to US interests even when we have not exactly returned the favor… which is tragic. It makes me angry just thinking about it.
Most of you have probably never heard of them.
The Kurds have been used, sidelined, and at times flat out abandoned… Syria being the most recent example, and yet they still continue to work with us because they know who their real enemies are.
That kind of loyalty in the Middle East is rare. They have earned far more respect and support than they have been given.
From a pure strategy standpoint, partnering with Kurdish forces to apply pressure against the Islamic regime in Iran makes a lot of sense. They know the terrain, they have motivated fighters, and they already have networks and resistance inside the region.
But beyond the strategy, there is something bigger here.
The Kurds bled with us in the worst fights against ISIS and stood with American troops when it counted.
We owe them.
They deserve their own lands, their own holdings.
And if the United States wants allies who will fight and hold the line when things get ugly, there are not many better bets in the Middle East than the Kurds.
God bless these warriors. I pray for their safety and swift victory.
DOL, my Kurdish friends.
