I forgot my ID to the gym today. The lady had a picture of me from 15 years ago, doubted that it was me. 15 years older but 30 pounds lighter. Thanks to @VinnieTortorich Tortorich and #NSNG.

It's great that we are suddenly seeing officials start to do something about fraud in Ohio, but why aren't any of them looking into the suitcases of cash flowing through CMH?

The United States has: • 683,000+ heart disease deaths/year • 620,000+ cancer deaths/year • 250,000+ estimated deaths from medical error Yet public health officials are running national fear campaigns about backyard chickens, raw milk, pet turtles, and hantavirus. That is not rational public health prioritization. That is theater.

Mouth breathing during sleep is one of the most underrecognized drivers of poor sleep quality, dental problems, and daytime fatigue. When you breathe through your mouth at night, you bypass your nose entirely, losing the nitric oxide production, air filtration, humidity, and warming that nasal breathing provides. The result is lower oxygen delivery to tissues, elevated cortisol, increased snoring, and disrupted sleep architecture. Mouth taping, using a small piece of medical-grade tape over your lips at night, trains nasal breathing during sleep. Start with a small strip. If you have any nasal obstruction, address that first. Thousands of people have reported dramatically better sleep within a week. The intervention costs almost nothing.

And those 300+ public schools are using your tax dollars to challenge the state law that gives you a choice in your child’s education. They will ultimately lose. When they come begging for more taxes, ask them why they spent the money you already gave them on losing lawsuits.

NOW: In Ohio's 10th District Court of Appeals, 300+ public schools are fighting to end the EdChoice private school voucher program. The state has asked judges to overturn the majority of a trial ruling, one that deemed the program unconstitutional. @WEWS @WCPO @OhioCapJournal

2/ Movement Patients trained 45 minutes a day, six days a week, mixing walking, weights, and balance work, with two days of high-intensity intervals. Exercise pushed blood flow back to the brain and triggered BDNF, a protein that grows new brain cells.

@jmheard15 @rachelvscott No, after checking clips, reports, and archives, Rachel Scott did not ask Biden that question—even when gas prices hit record highs above $5/gallon in 2022 under his policies. The scrutiny wasn't the same.

Indiana Senate Majority Leader Chris Garten just gave a fiery speech in favor of the 9-0 map: "Some will say these maps are political. Let me be clear: You're DAMN RIGHT they are... Safe streets are political. Affordable electricity is political. A drug free Indiana is political. Peace in the Middle East is political... We're not here to be neutral arbiters of decline. We're hear to be agents of American greatness."

Newborns come into the world with LOW vitamin K on purpose — it’s not a flaw. Cord blood is loaded with stem cells meant to repair the stress of birth, and thin blood lets those stem cells travel exactly where they’re needed. Then nature delivers the perfect dose: colostrum — rich in natural vitamin K, given orally, slow and gentle. Instead, we cut the cord early (stealing up to 30% of baby’s blood volume) and inject synthetic vitamin K packed with polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, benzyl alcohol, and sometimes aluminum… straight into an immune system that’s barely online. Why are we “fixing” a system that was perfectly designed? Think about it before you consent. Nature already had the plan.

Creatine is the most researched performance supplement in existence, and most people still think it's just for bodybuilders. Here's what the science actually shows: Creatine improves working memory and processing speed in the brain. It reduces mental fatigue. It supports bone density. It accelerates muscle recovery. And emerging research links it to neuroprotection against Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. 3–5g daily. No loading phase required. No cycling needed. This is one of the few supplements I recommend to virtually everyone, regardless of fitness goals.

Nearly six months ago, I requested this document from @ColumbusPolice. It is a public record in its entirety and as such should have been released immediately. Regardless, I have it now and it reveals exactly what CPD insiders told me it would. Chief Bryant’s chauffeurs and errand runners, cleverly disguised as the “Executive Protection Unit”, went $210,000+ over budget in overtime in 2025. Bryant laughably claimed that she, unlike any other Chief before her, needed a 24/7/365 protection detail. In reality, this unit serves as Bryant’s team of personal drivers as she gets shuttled to and from her home, personal dinners, errands and the occasional work event when she’s actually in town. This overtime is above and beyond the nearly $1M spent annually on their normal salaries and benefits. The budget blowout represents more overtime than was budgeted for the entire year for both the Domestic Violence Unit and the Sexual Assault Section. It’s nearly 2X the amount that the Counter Terrorism Unit spent. Bryant would rather spend $210,000 in excessive overtime funds on her team of chauffeurs than on investigating domestic violence crimes and sexual assault or to protect citizens from terrorism. There’s no other way to explain this.

1/4 You may wonder why I get so very angry and why I am passionate about raising awareness of the damage that Statin drugs can do. I pushed my Uncle around in a wheelchair after he had been taking 80mg of Atorvastatin (Lipitor) and received a diagnosis of ALS.
