British gas help next to useless, their advice to get my mother 85, to contact them on social media or Facebook. She has no idea what social media or Facebook is.

@BritishGasHelp that was a waste of time, and their customercomplaints@britishgas.co.uk is also useless as it's not monitored just useless contact t advice. So from the top, CEO and managing Director, help, all dont care about customer service
