@dogsbodyorg @Metro_Bank @freeagent @fsb_policy I will be leaving too for the same reasons. Metrobank's failure to offer support for it's customers who use freeagent is poor, and now to change the format of the CSV download is the final straw.

@RCIBank Hi, how do I claim against the tyre damage insurance I bought from you? You don't answer your phones and no claims form on line.

@RenaultRetailUK Hi, you sold me tyre insurance through RCI Financail Services. However, RCI FS not answering phone and there is no cliams portal for tyre damage. How do I claim?

@MetroBank_Help @Mark5m1th @Metro_Bank Not required to?? Not required to help its business customers who rely on freeagent or similar software that needs the open banking feed to work properly. This is pretty poor that you are not required to care about your customers.

@Mark5m1th @Mark5m1th However it is dependent on the specific provider as to whether they choose to integrate with our solution. We’ve decided not to launch Open Banking APIs at present, as Metro Bank is not required to in order to be compliant. (2/2) ^JR

@freeagent. @metrobank have released their Modified Customer Interface (MCI) which will be their dedicated TPP. Will freeagent be allowing automatic uploads using metrobank's MCI.

@Metro_Bank @djstevesullivan You are one of very few banks who have not resolved open banking with freeagent, moneyhub etc. I'm moving my personal banking to Starling for some banking now to get feed. Please resolve or lose a customer.

@djstevesullivan Hi Steve. We’ll have a functioning Modified Customer Interface that’s fully compliant with the new regulations by tomorrow. We’ve provided our solution to third party providers and are continuing to work closely with them so that they can integrate it with their own platforms.

@AlexanderFreeUK @hmtreasury What about people in a Ltd company who earn less than 50k. They are not covered either as not self employed.

@hmtreasury What about a limited company contractor, whose profits have been over £50k, yet now has no revenue, and no prospect of any revenue until this pandemic is over?

@KristenSousa @evanskuthorpe @hmtreasury No, they work through Ltd companies. They are paid by a small amount of salary and mostly dividends, so not technically self employed.

@waitrose @GordonDow1 It's not enough. We have a household of 5 to feed and have not hoarded. Put a cap on now so we can at least get some potatoes and fresh veg. Been a fan of waitrose a long time, but the other supermarkets are doing much better. Time to step up Waitrose!

@Kindertons Reference No is KAM/934267. I have sent a 7 day letter for breach of contract following verbal contract entered into in March 2019. Will be starting proceedings next week if no satisfactory response. #carinsurance

@Kindertons I think it is time that somebody takes on companies like @Kindertons and forces dealerships like @Hyundai_UK to take responsibility for who they ask to represent their accident after care. In the end, all they do is create bad name to @Hyundai_UK .
