@MissAlly_01 I was flying to the Channel Islands from Bournmouth Airport, and had to complete a questionairre - one question was 'Are you, or have you ever been, a terrorist?'. I often wondered whether anyone ever said 'Yes' - and if they did, how it would have been handled.

At Heathrow airport check-in I was asked, "Has anyone put anything in your baggage without your knowledge?" I answered, "If it was without my knowledge, how would I know?"🤔

@helensaxby11 Once you open the link, it is worth opening some of the other tabs. In the 'concerns' they set out things in more detai, including:

@SeasideChris Not banned, withdrawn, after a lawsuit for someone who tried to pick it up and cut his hedge. As well as the $1m per finger, it was the requirement to list all things you shouldn't use it for (cutting hair, toenails etc) that they were told would have to go on the packaging!

@safcpete67 I propose you shouldn't get the vote until you have worked, in a paid job, for at least 5 years.

I propose a minimum age of 30 for all MPs plus they must have done at least 1 serious job for a minimum of 5 years. The current clueless inexperienced in the real world grifters are appalling.

@Al_Dare Is Jolyon still a KC / Barrister - as there is no registration for him of the Barrister's Register?

@SVPhillimore If you swear to tell the truth and the Judge asks you to use female pronouns, aren't they are asking you to commit perjury?

Finalising particulars of claim against Maugham for libel. I want to refer to Weddell as ‘Mr’ and ‘he’ throughout as otherwise my entire position seems incoherent. The other side may of course refer to him as they wish. As may the court. This appears to be in line with the agreed approach of prosecution and defence in @Glinner case and I think it should be mine. Be interested to know if anyone has any views either way.

@nickwallis @CPSUK I'm confused. Don't you have to swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth? If the Court try and tell you to refer to a man as a women, aren't they effectivley asking you to commit perjury?

How to Avoid Compelled Speech in Court. In the light of the recent @CPSUK debacle and ahead of Graham Linehan's appeal hearing at Southwark Crown Court, I present the Sensible Person's Guide to Not Calling a Man a Woman in Court. In the next link (for algorithmic reasons)...

@jan_murray You should also discuss 'associative discrimination' with your legal team, as all off the other members of your choir have been dropped, because they are in the choir with you - so associated with your, protected, gender critical views - they will all have a case against scope.

So instead of taking a beat to consider whether their actions were lawful and proportionate, Scope have chosen to issue a public statement about me on their website. Which feels as though they are doubling down - and singling me out further. Suffice to say, I have taken legal advice and am well supported on that front. It’s worth noting that they appear to be leaning on the “Bananarama argument” - i.e. it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it - implying that the issue is the way I have expressed my lawfully held gender critical views. Those who follow me online will know that I am generally very measured in the way I express my views. However, even if I weren’t, reality is reality. Which means there is no “nice” way to say that a man who claims to be female is a man - and therefore shouldn't be in women's spaces and sports. Other than simply saying it. So the problem is not how you say it - it’s the fact you’re saying it at all.

@RosieDuffield1 Labour had the chance to show they stood up for womens' rights. These delaying tactics just show the electorate, that Labour really don't care. So why should we care about Labour in the coming elections?

@jbanningww1 @CWGC I suspect it is to stop unscrupulous websites skimming the data, and then charging for it. They have set the figure at a level that would not impact most users. will be interesting to see if you get a response.

What's the rationale behind restricting access to your database of war dead, @CWGC? I have just created an account so why is this restriction in place? Or do I have to join your foundation and pay now?

I have finished my work & and am now free to resume leisure time pursuits. A propos nothing in particular, I note that the word "biological" is trending, not in relation to detergent ("New Biological Formula!) but in relation to women, as if were any other type. Silly billies.
