Smartest guy in my family comes off as a meathead gymbro and is usually dismissed as low-IQ He asks a lot of questions, some of them dumb, and he doesn't care if people assume that. US has never hit the maximum in Dairy exports before, therefore never had a tariff on that trade. The maximum amounts were agreed to by Trump in his last presidency.
