We learnt about the various industries one can venture in as an valuation surveyor i.e. real estate consultancy, banks and financial institutions, law and accounting firms, real estate agencies and developers, mining etc.

Rebecca Abitimo @Becca_abitimo a registered Valuation Surveyor from Institution of Surveyors of Uganda addressed the roles of valuation surveyors which include inspecting properties as well as measuring and assessing physical features and conditions.

Had the privilege of speaking as a Young Surveyor on what Valuation Surveying really is & how students can chart a path into this dynamic field. Kudos @BlueprintsUG for building an ecosystem where students receive real career guidance before stepping into study or the workplace
