@bunn_rob Consumers valuing food more & ⬇️ waste is ✅ (many retailers have schemes to support consumers to do this) & will reduce CO2 Western demand will ⬇️ per capita but more than made up by ⬆️ global population & ⬆️ consumption per capita in wider 🌎 hence UK #TeamDairy focus on export

Sorry terrible pic, dont worry about legend but note level of food vs core inflation 1)Significant risk that, if cost of food ⬆️ for consumers, it will start to ⬇️ demand 2)Challenging to think cost of food will increase to recover costs of sustainability improvements on farm
