Type 2 diabetes is not a chronic, progressive
disease — it’s a reversible metabolic disorder rooted in
chronically elevated insulin levels driven by excessive
carbohydrate intake. #type2diabetes

Vegetables are much easier to digest… once a cow has eaten them first.⠀
⠀
Cows have 4 stomachs designed to ferment cellulose, neutralise plant toxins, and convert low-value forage into high-quality nutrients.⠀
⠀
You have one stomach. No fermentation chamber. No multi-hour rumination cycle. Just a front-row seat to bloating if you try to digest raw spinach solo.⠀
⠀
Plants come with oxalates, phytates, lectins, goitrogens, and other antinutrients. Cows turn that mess into steak.⠀
⠀
You’re not meant to graze.⠀
⠀
You’re meant to eat the grazers.⠀
⠀
Let the ruminants do the plant processing.⠀
⠀
You just enjoy the upgrade.

I’ve noticed a pattern.
Many people who call ketogenic, carnivore, low-carb, etc... diets ‘restrictive’ have never lived with obesity or managed a chronic metabolic disease themselves.
For many patients, these approaches aren’t restriction at all—they’re the first sense of freedom from food noise, symptoms, and suffering.
Perspective matters.
Listen to those who’ve lived it.
Look for people who’ve walked the path you’re trying to walk.

@DOGE__news A vegetarian diet can actually cost more sentient lives.
Crop farming kills millions of small animals through ploughing, pesticides and habitat loss, while one large animal provides hundreds of meals.
Fewer deaths per calorie isn’t where you think it is. Read @vegansmallbrain

Once upon a time, a small-town doctor decided to pull back the curtain on modern medicine so regular folks could see how it really works.
I never dreamed 3000 people would read Lies, much less review it.
Thank you!!

From 1797 to 1914, doctors treated diabetes with a simple, powerful approach: fatty meats and boiled vegetables. Turns out, history might have had it right all along.
