@amazon Awful new logistics!! guarantee a delivery flake on that guarantee, which is like breaking a promise. If I had a 60% success rate in delivering a product in my profession, I would be fired. 4/10 packages not being delivered ON TIME #badcustomerservice

@AmazonHelp Did that. And already talked to someone in Carrier Services. she emailed the carrier/distrbn center to contact me. Who reads their email at this time of night? She said no way to call them. I call BS. Simple remedy: Promise delivery by 9pm? MAKE IT HAPPEN!

@AmazonHelp 3 packages in the last month: 1: PKG to the wrong distrbn cntr, I get blame for wrong delivery address. 18 years with the same one. 2: Guarantee a delivery by 10 pm. I call AMZN out on it, they say it's slated now for tomorrow. 3: 18 yrs same addy!!! AMZN sends to wrong house!
