If you take that away it will no longer have the value of being the great validator and creators won’t bother posting “original content” because of the 90% reduction which means original creators will never blow up. Me for example I blew up from one video, it was me debating a liberal woman who worked for Senator Warnock. You’re both retarded honestly, a young man first starting out lifting low reps for strength is terrible advice, you want him to seriously injure himself before he even has the basics down? Build up sets up 1-5 reps until at desired moderate failure weight, then 6-15 reps (failure with good form) for two working sets of that specific exercise 1st working set ideally 6-10 reps 2nd working set you drop the weight and shoot for 10-15 Rinse and repeat 3-4 days a week of lifting, all dependent on how fast your body recovers 1-2 days of “agility training” (staying loose/nimble/fast like your youth) 1-2 days rest per week, shoot for two, this timeline can overlap by a day or two into the next week so don’t stress about it
