Totally wrong on immigration. You can’t go out on TV telling people it’s ok to commit a federal crime without consequence, which is what illegal entry is. Try entering the Vatican illegally, they’ll put you in jail for 5 years. Look at the case law, there is no due process for deportation.

I would argue otherwise. There are conditions of employment that apply to being a Federal judge, and they're right there in the US Constitution, Article III, Section 1.

Trump's DOJ has fired over 100 immigration judges for siding with migrants as the admin pushes to boost deportations. Federal judges cannot be fired, so Trump has been making the federal judiciary more right-wing. Trump's judges are 88% White and vote 90%+ on our side.
