Some are commenting that there is an income limit for the EV tax credit. That isn't true for leases, there is no income limit. I am very happy with my Ioniq5 lease. It includes free charging for the duration of the lease and there is an awesome fast charging location near my house where I never have to wait in line and charges fast (~18 mins to 80%) Thx @GuyDealership and @FLCarguy for the assistance!

And it's WAYYYY cheaper to LEASE an EV than a gas car Uncle Sam pays $7500 off the top for an EV lease. You can lease some cars for 18 months, like a Nissan Ariya. UNCLE SAM pays $400/mo towards your lease, you pay ~$250/mo. Insane deal for a ~$60k car. I leased an Ioniq5.

TOW CAR UPDATE: Market value of this flip and lessons learned 👇🏻 We are dumping the IS250 for scrap. The transmission is toast Probably will lose $640 on that one ES350 gets detailed this week and listed. We expect to make $1500-2200 on the ES350. Runs great could use a little TLC and brake tune up. Overall I’m hopeful we’ll be in the green. Lessons learned: - Not all locksmiths are created equal. Find a good one price is less important than his ability to make a key. - Get in a rhythm with a good locksmith where if the car starts, you buy the key. If not, you pay him $100 for his time to try. If you do this in volume, it won’t be an issue. The first time they won’t want to do it. - Run the VINS and look at the cars before bidding. Pictures can be deceiving (we would have never bid on the IS250 if we had known) - Budget for new battery, key, and tow - Battery $120-180 - Key $100-300 depending on make and programming required - Tow $130/car for us Scrap value: Scrap value at your local pick and pull for car is $350+. It depends on condition, year, make, model, damage, etc. This is your WORST case loss. Don’t call one of the junk car numbers they are a pain in the ass. Pick and pull scrap yards only.

(serious question) What am I missing here? Based on this letter the most expensive ask is a total of $72 Million. That amount of money vs revenue seems like a waste of time to even have these negotiations. Why would the studios not agree to these terms and move on?
