Today was a special day as I became a graduate of @QUBelfast as did my daughter on Monday. I gained a First Class Honours in a Bachelor of Social Work with the superb support of the teaching and professional staff of @QUBSSESW. A thoroughly enjoyable three years.

A very successful Allbau Frühjahrscup 2024 canoe polo championship in Essen, Germany over the past few days. U14 return home with a gold medal 🥇 🏆. A big well done and congratulations to Oisín and team.
