@adamnjones@Vitality_UK@BettyBug57 There’s always a service issue , the app is a joke and the last two weeks have been embarrassing in terms of service. Still, they like spending money on shiny adverts and influencers .
@BettyBug57 We’ll always provide the opportunity to transfer tickets whenever we can, but this option isn’t available for every event. It’s possible that it may be available nearer the event date, but this isn’t something that we can guarantee. Thanks!
@TicketmasterCS when will transfer become available for a event on Sunday. I currently have all 5 of my parties tickets on my order, but no way to share them out and it's likely we won't all be there at the same time
@British_Airways They couldn't help either as they could only see what I could see, and as the glitch isn't showing what is what for me, its not for them either. :(
As much as I'd love double tier points, I'd rather not be guessing what I'm booking and will book elsewhere.

@British_Airways when choosing a Disney hotel, how do I know which have tickets? I'm guessing by the price difference, but they are still showing as 'room only' instead of 'inc tickets'. don't want to pick the wrong one!

@BettyBug57 No to count as a package they need to be booked together under a single reference at the point of sale. If you purchase flights it is not possible to convert the reservation into a package later on by adding a hotel. John
