Park Avenue is already backed up from the 70s south. Parking on both sides & double parked pickups and deliveries (no trucks or truck parking on Park) already narrows each side of street to two lanes, if that. Taking a left or right from the center also backs up traffic. This is really terrible and only good for dog walkers.

The most respected nonprofit lender in NYC is telling @NYCMayor’s RGB that buildings are in distress and more will be if we keep heading down this path. When the nonprofit who lends money to build affordable housing tells you we’re in trouble, you better believe it. You may be tired of me saying it but we have academics, nonprofits, and lenders all saying the same thing. Intentionally bankrupting buildings is the opposite of tenant protection.

The baseline for evaluating the market should be at least 12 months before a lease expires. For larger firms or complex build-outs, this window should expand to 18 to 30 months. knowledge-leader.colliers.com/edward-lawrenc…

@JulieMenin and @NYCMayor are extending budget deadline to May 12. They are asking Albany to reduce the Pass-Through Entity Tax (PTET) credit from 100% to 75% that allows "high income earners to reduce tax" and will bring in $1 billion, mayor says.
