The peak power draw on this is getting a bit absurd. 12v 18a for 800ms during shot 12v 7a for 7000ms post shot 12v 2a idle between shots It’s the short peak amps means multiple battery managers and buck converters. Maybe super capacitors can provide the additional power draw?

I used to have a lot more fun on this website. Hot take though; I don't think it's only because of the changes Elon has made. I've just been growing more grossed out by the way social media(not just X) pushes people to fight over shit that doesn't matter

I have been going to this Thai food place for 12 years now. It is good, but thats not why I go there. The reason I go there religiously is because the little Thai lady owner. She is an absolute treat, always happy, always smiling, always wants to know how my jobs are going and wants to see pictures. She gives me a Christmas card every year with 1 free meal, she has ordered special peppers to make my extra hot fried rice even hotter 😂 Just being around her for the 3 mins I'm in there each week is like a reset, it changes my entire day because her happiness is so contagious. Even tho I tip well, I still get the better end of the bargain, because I really cant put a price on how much her aura heals my soul when I am in need of it. 🫶

@davidsenra @pmarca The one thing I was hoping to find out—but was surprised wasn’t discussed—was how many milligrams of caffeine Marc was consuming before he noticed the palpitations and what he settled on after he started noticing them. Did you ask him off camera?

Marc Andreessen (@pmarca): Airbnb could have been boutique booking software. Uber could have been taxi dispatch software. Tesla could have been self-driving software. They decided to take over the entire industry instead: "Silicon Valley between 1950 and 2010 was primarily just in the tools business. You'd build a tool like an operating system or a disk drive, sell it to people, and they'd figure out what to do with it. Then something changed. Alternate universe Airbnb is just boutique booking software. A tiny little business building spreadsheet software. But Brian Chesky decided: we're going to go into the hospitality business and compete with hotels directly. Uber and Lyft in the old world were just taxi dispatch software. In the new world, they're full transportation providers. Tesla in the old world would have just been software for self-driving cars. In the new world, it builds the entire car. Facebook, same thing. Prior to Facebook, if you built online ad software, you were selling it to media companies. Mark said: no. We're just going to beat the media company. We're going to build the entire thing. That was the pivot point when the Valley's ambitions went from just building tools to going directly into incumbent industries. And then AI makes that crystal clear. The winning AI companies are raising billions, tens of billions, in some cases hundreds of billions of dollars. The old world of $10,000,000 or $50,000,000 — where VCs tap out — is just not relevant anymore."

Production Supervisors in CNC shops be like “We’re behind schedule… run it faster.” No setup time fix No tooling strategy No program optimization No training plan Just pressure Meanwhile -Tools are smoked -Offsets are guessing games -Setups take 2x longer than they should -Scrap quietly climbs And they still wonder why delivery is late. A real supervisor -Controls the process -Protects the machinists -Fixes the bottlenecks

@nickshirleyy I used to get TONS of spam phone calls asking about medicare eligibility. Literally dozens of calls per week. Related? Calling thousands of people fishing for names/info?

This is how the hospice fraud works: - Get a small office in LA - Collect Medicare beneficiary numbers - Enroll people into hospice - Bill the government for millions Get caught or become suspicious? Pack up and walk away with millions END ALL THE FRAUD.

220lbs lost so far, and I’m still this fat. Think of this as a "Before vs During", not a "Before vs After." Read: Zooming out and looking all the way back on where I started from.... Helps SO MUCH. I have spent a LOT of time and effort trying improve my mind and my overall mental health recently. (Journaling, Therapy, Counseling, you name it.) Honestly, it is kind of frustrating to look back on how many times I've allowed my frustrations with small setbacks actually set me back FURTHR than they should have. This past few weeks for example, by not reacting in a crazy way to that bad weekend that I had, I actually conquered the urge to fast or jump to the extremes to get the scale back down. But in doing that, I showcased a much higher weigh-in, and then allowed the criticism from sharing that bring me down in a whole different way. I was very blessed to be able to speak with some friends at the expo last week, and they helped me realize that I need to focus more on how far l've come, and WHY I'm trying to reach the goals I've set for myself; instead of focusing on the small frustrations of the present, and allowing that to throw me off track the way I did. My friend said it in the most helpful way I've heard it; when we look back on this past month, it's just going to look like a blip. Since I'm able to get control of these frustrations and keep moving forward, a month from now, l'll be even lower than the new low that I set for myself in February. SO MUCH of this journey has been mental hurdles more than anything for me lately, and I'm incredibly grateful to have the people in my life that can really help pull me through times like this.

@blind_via Relatable. Whenever people say they're bored, I never understand it because there's more ideas to try out than we ever could accomplish during our lifetime. It's endless.

I noticed some people criticize my open sharing of ideas approach. I should shield those ideas for myself and not let others take my ideas. Dude, I do not have time for all of my ideas. My brain is a continuous fountain of ideas. Without this avenue to share, many ideas never got heard at all. I don't have time for all of my ideas. If you have time for it and love it and want to make it real. I invite you to do that. You don't even have to pay me for it because you invested the time to make it real. And I would be elated just to see my idea be made real by someone. Random spit balling of ideas and bouncing balls against the wall with other people has a lot of value.
