@MarkPreston1969 asides from questions of fairness and decisions, this is why you need to build a solid buffer and/or emergency budget. We aim for a 6 month buffer. (FYI I did make a management mistake end of last year and ate our buffer, but that's another story lol)

Just had a chat with an SEO freelancer who said that their biggest client has just changed their payment terms on them. From... Payment up front each month...to...invoice at the end of the month then 30 days. So, he has now been put in a position where he has to decide... > to walk away from this big client in the hope he can quickly find a new client. > to suck it up and work for the next two months without receiving any income. Either way... It's a bit shitty for their client to do this one month before Christmas.
