أخيراً إحدي دراسات المشروع الجيني المصري خرجت في 6 إبريل في نسخة مبدئية وبعدة استنتاجات هامة ونظرة جديدة للاتوسومال المصري • أهم هذه النقاط هو التعريف بالمحتوي الجيني الجديد "Egyptian-enriched component" الذي يميز الشعب المصري بالخصوص عن بقية دول المنطقة -بالمقارنة بالشعوب الحالية- وذلك أسوة بالمحتويات العميقة، علماً انه ظهر بمقارنة مع دول الشرق الأوسط وشمال افريقيا بنسب تصل 18%، مع تنبيه ان المكون لا يخص المصريين القدامي بل يخص إشارة عميقة اكتر غير موجودة لدي النطوفيين أو صيادي شمال غرب افريقيا لكن مرجحة انها مرتبطة بهم ايضاً بما ان صيادي مصر بالعصر الحجري كان يتم الإشارة لهم صراحاً بمكونات شبيهة بالنطوفية مرة أو الايبيروموريسة مرة ثانية. بالعموم استخدام مستويات الK بهذا الشكل قد تتغير مستقبلاً وقد تصعد النسب اكثر من ذلك اذا استخدمت مرجعيات مناسبة بالهياكل القديمة ربما حتي تستبدل صيادي النطوفيين والايبيروموريسيين وقتها.. وهي بداية موفقة جدا وممتازة للتعامل مع المكون المصري وجعله محور المقارنات. واكيد هيكون فيه تحديثات مهمة بخصوصه مستقبلا • السلالات الابوية تتفق بشكل كبير مع الدراسات القديمة بحيث تغلب السلالة E من اصل 1024 عينة بنسبة 42% ثم السلالة J (بفرعيها J1 و J2). علماً ان نسبة السلالة E في الدراسات المصرية كانت تتراوح بين 39% - 74% وكذلك تتراوح J في مصر بين 16% - 34%. ومصر في ذلك مثلها مثل بقية الدول، علي سبيل الذكر فدراسة المشروع الجيني المغربي لسنة 2025 وضعت نسبة السلالة E-M35 بالمغرب 36% في حين دراسات اخري وضعتها لحتي 79% ، وفي السعودية بعض الدراسات أظهرت J1 بنسب ~30% ودراسات اخري بنسب تصل 70%. والعبرة بعشوائية الدراسات في حالة مصر والمغرب والسعودية هو معرفة النمط المتكرر والغالب. والذي يظهر غلبة السلالة E دوما بمصر والمغرب وJ1 بالسعودية سواء اغلبية بسيطة او ساحقة. حيث ان الاعداد المليونية للشعوب مع العشوائية لا تضمن نسبة مئوية متقاربة دوماُ لكن العبرة دائما بالأغلبية والنمط المتكرر . • أخيراً في العالم الطبي. جادلت الدراسة وناقشت ان طفرات الامراض لدي المصريين ليست دوماً تشابه الشعوب الاوروبية والاورو-آسيوية مع انتظار تقديم مرجعية افضل للمصريين ودول الشرق الأوسط معهم، وهي جزئية في غاية الأهمية تجاه الPersonalized medicine والطب الحديث المعتمد علي الجينات، والامثلة تضمنت أمراض الكلي (CKD) وحمي البحر المتوسط (Familial Mediterranean fever) بالإضافة للسكنة الدماغية والنقرس.

@BmacIvc Thanks for the clarification. Haplogroup T dominated in the Levant during the Chalcolithic (Harney et al., 2018). That's before Haplogroup J being the dominant Haplogroup found in the Bronze Age Levant (Agranat-Tamir et al., 2020).
