@cultbeauty I placed an order on Monday for next day delivery I still don’t have it. You now have a promo on the spf range where you get £10 back. Very disappointed with the service and slow delivery. I had chased previously with your live chat but was just told to wait longer??

@cultbeauty You’ve DMd to let me know it’s arrived today and I’ve come home to find no parcel. I chose next day delivery as I’d be home to receive the parcel. I live on a terraced street which isn’t ideal to leave a parcel at my front door where all can see it

The person on the live chat clearly couldn’t be bothered to help, dismissed me saying to wait another day and be patient when the delivery is already a day late? And the information they gave me was incorrect so they obvs hadn’t checked my query

@cultbeauty I ordered the sun edit and some other things on Monday with next day delivery and it hasn’t even been collected by Evri yet. Now you have a promo where you get £10 back if you order more than £50 of spf. I did message your live chat but they were rude and dismissive.

@Deliveroo we ordered on Monday, the delivery took nearly 2 hours and I couldn’t cancel it after seeing multiple drivers accept and then reject the order. The food then arrived cold and missing items. I contacted your support and they said they’d refund but it’s not come through

@waitrose we bought salmon fillets from your fish counter as a nice treat, asked the guy behind the counter before buying if they were descaled and he said yes to then get them home and be covered in scales. Disappointing to be paying £11 for two and covered in scales 😩

@hm I’ve tried to create a return with one of your customer service reps for an incorrect item sent to me and the wrong item has been selected for the return, if I send my item back I won’t get the correct amount of money refunded. Can this be corrected please?

@tfwrail Could they be obtained at Carmarthen where there would be a change over of train crew? I’m no longer in Cardiff to collect them off the train as travelling up north. At least if someone obtains them I’d know they’re in safe hands
