@MihoJnvr We have some VLA C band (4-8 GHz) solar flare observations coming up with an ultra-fast 20-millisecond time resolution. This week we are doing tests to enable this mode. Kindly let me know the details of your SolO campaign. We will try our best to coordinate.

Also, I very much like the curvature of this cup-like feature, as it forms and accelerates @BinChenNJIT might like this particular video, I think

Jorge @JAL495588 just posted this nice reprocessed video of a solar filament eruption of April 19th, 2022. Turn up screen brightness, to see good details of prominence eruption CME shock acceleration, that might otherwise go missed.

The sun can launch flares that reach Earth, 93M miles away, in under an hour. @NJIT astronomers found out why, identifying the location of a near-light speed particle accelerator region inside a solar flare. bit.ly/3nQYjGw #NSFfunded 📷: S. Yu, NJIT/CSTR; NOAA/SUVI

@Magnetodawn @EOVSANJIT Thank you for bringing it to my attention! I agree it could be something interesting. But it could also be some spurious attenuation changes in the raw cross-correlation data. We can look at the calibrated data to make sure.
