Macrohard or Digital Optimus is a joint xAI-Tesla project, coming as part of Tesla’s investment agreement with xAI. Grok is the master conductor/navigator with deep understanding of the world to direct digital Optimus, which is processing and actioning the past 5 secs of real-time computer screen video and keyboard/mouse actions. Grok is like a much more advanced and sophisticated version of turn-by-turn navigation software. You can think of it as Digital Optimus AI being System 1 (instinctive part of the mind) and Grok being System 2. (thinking part of the mind). This will run very competitively on the super low cost Tesla AI4 ($650) paired with relatively frugal use of the much more expensive xAI Nvidia hardware. And it will be the only real-time smart AI system. This is a big deal. In principle, it is capable of emulating the function of entire companies. That is why the program is called MACROHARD, a funny reference to Microsoft. No other company can yet do this.

Using the sauna after aerobic exercise improves VO₂ max more than training alone. People who performed 30 minutes of cycling and then sat in a sauna for ~15 minutes afterward saw greater gains in their VO₂ max after 8 weeks of training compared to those who did the workout without sauna. There’s also emerging evidence for strength training, with studies showing greater increases in markers of anabolic signaling associated with muscle growth with post-exercise heat exposure. The sauna has several health benefits. But it's also a powerful tool to amplify the body's adaptations to both endurance and strength training. Clip from my recent appearance on @ThomasDeLauer

We’ve spent decades treating lithium as a heavy duty psychiatric tool. New evidence suggests it’s actually a foundational brain nutrient and that Alzheimer’s may essentially be a localized lithium deficiency. By using the Orotate salt, we can bypass plaque-induced transport blocks and restore brain levels with 1mg. I’ve been supplementing low dose (1mg/day) lithium for years. More evidence now suggests it was the right decision. Here’s why lithium is potentially beneficial and how we arrived at this decision years ago. The study unequivocally demonstrated lithium deficiency in the brains of patients with cognitive impairment, providing mechanistic evidence of its role as a driver of disease onset and progression. It validated our choice of Lithium Orotate as the optimal form of lithium supplementation for preventing and slowing the progression of dementia. Lithium has long been a foundational ingredient in my protocol, utilized in a low-nutritional dose. This was based on our comprehensive analysis of various population studies supporting its safety and potential benefits for brain health and mental well-being. Establishing a direct mechanistic link: beyond its known effects on mood and well-being, the study forged a direct and mechanistic and progressive connection between lithium brain deficiency and cognitive impairment, including Alzheimer's disease. Optimal form of lithium: the study revealed that lithium orotate, the specific form of lithium salt I have been using for years, is superior in avoiding blockage by existing plaque, thereby achieving the highest bioavailability, greatest plaque reduction, and cognitive restoration in previously lithium-deficient mice with pre-existing cognitive impairment.

This workout is simple: You walk 3 miles per hour on a 12-level incline for 30 minutes. It sounds easy until minute 3 when your legs start negotiating with your brain. But here's the thing, that burn, it's doing something real:

No matter how old you are, soon you’ll look like you’re 20-25. Below is proof that we’re making progress toward it. Scientists at NYU School of Medicine have uncovered a key cause of aging skin, and how to reverse it, at least in mice. They discovered that capillary associated macrophages (CAMs), immune cells that maintain tiny blood vessels, decline with age, leading to poorer blood flow and slower healing. Using live imaging and genetic tools, researchers watched this happen in real time, showing how microvascular repair falters as macrophages vanish. Then came the breakthrough, a short growth factor treatment (CSF1–Fc) boosted macrophage renewal, restoring microvascular repair and blood flow in aged skin. ! Human samples revealed the same age linked macrophage loss, hinting that a similar rejuvenation might work in people. In short - aging skin may be partially reversible, not by stretching or resurfacing it, but by repopulating its microscopic immune vascular network.

The reason why athletes see a MUCH bigger increase in Testosterone levels from Magnesium supplementation is because Magnesium helps offset the excessive Calcium ion influx. As well as the fact that exercise itself strongly depletes Magnesium levels.

Magnesium is the molecular switch for testosterone production 0.7-1g per day increased free and total T, with a GREATER response in athletes If you think you're magnesium deficient, you are

Cancer patients who got a COVID shot lived significantly longer. No, that’s not a typo. A new study found that a simple mRNA vaccine - originally made for COVID - nearly doubled survival in patients with advanced lung and skin cancer. Let’s break it down 👇 🧵 1/

A new vaccine shows promise in preventing up to 88% of aggressive cancers like melanoma, pancreatic cancer, and triple-negative breast cancer, according to a recent study from researchers at University of Massachusetts Amherst. Using tiny lipid nanoparticles packed with two immune-boosting molecules, the vaccine trains both arms of the immune system to recognize and destroy tumor cells. These nanoparticles trigger a fast, general response from the innate immune system and a slower, more targeted attack from the adaptive immune system, which creates memory for long-term protection. In tests on mice, the vaccine was injected under the skin on a schedule of three doses and paired with either tumor-specific peptides or full tumor protein mixtures. When tested against three challenging cancer types, the results were striking: mice receiving the full vaccine completely rejected tumors, while untreated mice or those with a single adjuvant died within weeks. Even more impressive, mice that survived the first round stayed tumor-free when re-exposed to cancer months later, showing strong immune memory. The particles effectively reached lymph nodes, critical sites for triggering immune responses, and activated key messenger cells that stimulate both T cells and B cells, the main players in killing cancer cells and remembering them. When the vaccine used whole tumor lysate instead of isolated peptides, it still protected 69% to 88% of mice across all cancer types tested, and all vaccinated mice survived a second cancer challenge. This broad protection suggests the vaccine could work across multiple cancers, not just one.

Scientists restored the brain’s waste clearing gateway in Alzheimer’s like mice, reducing plaques by 45% and reversing memory loss after three nanoparticle injections. The treatment repairs the blood brain barrier instead of bypassing it, an approach researchers call a potential 'new era' in Alzheimer’s therapy.

Huge prostate cancer breakthrough New study reveals how to make prostate cancer self destruct An international team from Flinders University and South China University of Technology has identified two key enzymes, PDIA1 and PDIA5, that help prostate cancer cells survive and resist treatment by stabilizing the androgen receptor (AR). Blocking these enzymes causes the AR to collapse, crippling the cancer’s growth and energy production. When combined with the existing drug enzalutamide, the treatment became far more effective in lab and animal tests. The findings, published in PNAS, open new paths to overcome therapy resistance in prostate cancer.
