Today I finally got a work from home job that required a laptop and Wifi. So I borrowed $1,700 from my neighbor to buy a MacBook. While unboxing, it slipped from my hands and hit the floor.... The screen broke 😭 and now I am unemployed again with $1,700 debt 😭😭 I am lost.....

So everyone knows the story by this point. I lost my wife in June 2024 and are my grief. I ballooned up to 380 lbs. Last March when I went to physical I had a wakeup call and my doctor put me on Zepbound and as of yesterday I'm down 125 lbs in one year. I'm at 255 lbs with about 15 more to go before I reach my final goal weight. She also decided to take me off Lasix and reduce my blood pressure medicine in half. So I'm finally getting healthy. Weather is turning so we'll be walking again soon. Just need to work on my mental and financial health. Also got some other good news this morning that I hope to share soon. Here is an example on a $25 purchase. If you look you’re getting more Satoshi’s w fold even though their spot price is higher

I have reached the point where both Claude Code (Opus 4.6) and ChatGPT Codex (GPT 5.3) more or less agree there's nothing much to improve in "Terminal Breach" so I think I'm ready to release. Since nobody is buying I'm planning to create a MacOS binary, keep it available on web and launch it on @playdotfun and @RCADIAHQ to see if people want to support me that way instead. Either way, it's coming and it's free!

I've been around since the 90's writing code. I am a witness to the internet and world wide web blossoming into what it is now. This entire situation over the last few years of AI feels dramatically different. And I see what the tech industry is doing to it's programmers. It's not pretty and it's touch to stomach.

Ngl, I'm just not feeling the love for software or website development anymore. I think it's time for me to move on from this. Likely to start selling off my domain portfolio and winding things down.
