Big month at @amadeusprotocol. Below is a short update on what the team shipped over the last weeks and what is coming next. Product & Tech Over the last month, we have focused on shipping the foundation required to move from copilots into monetization. Recent progress includes: > Several active embedded copilot integrations underway with partners in Defi and institutional crypto. > Payments live: users can now purchase subscriptions to deploy and run agents with premium features. > Long-running agents: heartbeat-enabled agents that can react to real-world events in real time, including treasury and trading workflows. > No-code builder improvements: builders can now create agents and custom skills or exchange API integrations via prompt-based workflows, with GUI builder support as well. Currently supported models include Claude, Codex, and Gemini. > Runtime cost optimization: we aligned services and infrastructure to reduce operating spend. > ARIN and AS number assigned (AS402324): this gives us the foundation for a more independent network and agent infrastructure layer under the Cayman Foundation. BD & Go-to-Market We continue to see strong demand for embedded copilots from both crypto-native and more institutional counterparties. > We attended ETHCC and met with teams including @dYdX , @aztecnetwork , @Sei_Labs , Blockchain.com, @STS, and others around embedded copilot opportunities. > Our active sales pipeline is growing consistently including T1 household names in DeFi and institutional crypto. > We continue to see the same market pattern: trading venues and institutional crypto platforms struggle with user activation, onboarding friction, and retention in increasingly competitive markets. What’s next over the coming weeks: > Confidential runtime: enabling private execution via TEE / confidential compute > Standards and payment rails: implementing ERC-8004, x402, and AP2 support > OpenClaw skills support: enabling long-running personal agents with Linux shell access, now in testing > Orchestration on AMA Hub: automated runtime scheduling > AMA yield vaults > Launching AMA Hub to selected communities and early users Thanks again to everyone for the support

We’ve officially completed the acquisition of Bitte. Proud of what we built. Working with newer agent frameworks like @openclaw has reinforced something for me: we were building in the right direction from the start. Huge credit to @microchipgnu @surgecodes @PKuveke and the Bitte team for helping shape that vision. One thing that became clear to me is that @openclaw focused on the larger immediate market. Bitte was built around crypto transactions and web3 infrastructure, while they applied a very similar agent architecture to web2 use cases where developer demand is significantly broader today. Sometimes the difference is not the product, but the market timing and surface area. The underlying stack remains remarkably similar: hackable agent frameworks, MCP/tool calling, templated integrations, and orchestration layers, whether connecting to DEXs like @CoWSwap and @JupiterExchange @SnapshotLabs. We started as an NFT company in 2018, @mintbase pioneered one of the first NFT ticketing implementations at Berlin Blockchain Week in 2019 + @NFT_NYC, deployed singles with @deadmau5, and pivoted into AI in 2023 to build one of the first embeddable agentic DEX swap experiences powered by AI agents. Being early is both a gift and a challenge. I still strongly believe crypto rails and RWAs will play a major role in global commerce as agents orchestration matures. Building Mintbase and Bitte taught me many hard lessons, but staying true to our values and keeping our integrity throughout the years is something I’m deeply proud of. Thank you to everyone who supported us along the way. For now I’m taking some time to reset, planting 77 trees in Portugal, learning to farm, and getting my hands dirty with real soil along with some side quests playing with all the neat new agentic tooling. Excited for what comes next.
