So, who is the UK's social media ban really protecting—the children or the grooming gangs?

End Wokeness@EndWokeness
We now know that 250,000 white girls have been raped in the UK by Muslim migrants & politicians enabled it. How is this not on every front page?
English

@donmcgowan 4 in 5 people also enjoy gang rape apparently, doesn't make it alright though does it?
English

So 4 in 5 are normal and quite happy with a diverse population.
Not a great win for the far-right, is it?

@34zombies @MarathonDevTeam People who are maxed will be like 80+ so those just starting won't see them
English

@MarathonDevTeam crazy dumb. Now people with maxed out cradles are fine and for the ones that are just starting out the season will be horrid agaisnt maxed out people
English

@Vickoras96 @MarathonDevTeam They'll never do sponsored outpost lol. The risk/reward would be completely one sided
English

@MarathonDevTeam What’s with the rotating dire marsh bullshit, where’s survival sponsored outpost and stop nerfing everything. Casual players getting fucked while super hardcore are basically looted to the teeth and done with cradle
English

@streech85 @MarathonDevTeam Don't dump greys into it, pick up implants and cores.
Purple cores for shells you don't play, attachments for guns you don't use.
One purple attachment will give more xp than 4 grey weapons
English

@MarathonDevTeam This cradle system feels awful, I have dumped my entire vault at it from day one and I haven’t maxed it out. This feels really bad and I’m about to give up on this game for good.
English

@Chaffey007 @MarathonDevTeam Season has been out two of the 12 total weeks. I've played about 10-15 hours and am level 40ish.
It only goes to 70, so you will max it
English

@MarathonDevTeam So the casual gamer should just forget about maxing the cradle..I have to choose between credits and XP, surely you can see the feedback and roll back this change , it's an L for sure.
English

@WoSSCrypto @jamieecollinsx That's why it's proposed to be in a phased section so year by year.
Supposedly only will cost 9bn that way (per year ofc)
English

@Blade_ViiPerZ @jamieecollinsx That doesn't really make it any more affordable, given those contributions have already been spent and we already have a massive state pension funding problem that's projected to get worse over the next two decades.
English

@WoSSCrypto @jamieecollinsx You need to have 10 years of NI contributions to qualify
English

Oh, fair enough, that wasn't clear from the initial post.
I'd need to check the mechanics of how that proposal is mooted to work, because there's no state pension young people contribute to for themselves to take it from, it's a real time tax to benefit payment where young people pay current pensioners, not their own.
And we can't afford that already.
FWIW I wrote a white paper a few months back about state pension reform.
English

@WoSSCrypto @jamieecollinsx It's state pension, not a private pension.
There is no interest in it.
You receive this amount from the government each year after turning 67 and that's it.
The plan is to let 28-40 year olds receive 12.5k early and then retire at 68 instead
English

@jamieecollinsx Your £12,500 now costs you around £187,200 from your pension pot on retirement (assuming 48).
Personally, I think it's a terrible idea for a country already under provisioned for retirement. But if it were to happen people should at least understand the full cost over a lifetime

English

@UltimatePard @jamieecollinsx A mortgage is a loan, and people struggle to get them
English

@jamieecollinsx Just get a loan out, that’s what I had to do 15 years ago. Turned out to be a good decision
English

@PhoenixNDSTRY @trulyyblu @Sony @Bungie Probably because they did 75% off all the expansions.
Id be interested to see how it holds up
English

@Blade_ViiPerZ @trulyyblu @Sony @Bungie Actually destiny is both the top and third best seller if you look at steam. I know steam isn't anything but its the best look we have at it
English

Hey @Sony, see what happens when @Bungie management actually lets the devs cook and make the game how we wanted???
Player count has actually been climbing for the last 3 days, with the concurrent players on Steam alone hitting 140k tonight.
PLZ LET BUNGIE INVEST IN THEIR ACTUAL MONEY MAKER!!! And don’t let them waste the money on random BS this time around. YOU WILL PROFIT!!!
#WeWantDestiny3 #SaveDestiny

Blu@trulyyblu
Guardians you don’t understand how happy these type of numbers make me!! I hope everyone is enjoying the game as much as I have!!! I miss seeing Destiny healthy…. We have only lost around 30k concurrent since MoT launched!! #WeWantDestiny3 #SaveDestiny
English

@Bladeerrader @Ziegler_Dev @MarathonDevTeam The point of a ranked mode would be to prove "skill" and that's kind of hard on an unlevel playing field bc it usually comes down to whoever has the best gear to bring in because of the amount of power scaling in marathon
English

what is even the point of ranked sponsored kits if you only get one????? @Ziegler_Dev @MarathonDevTeam please let people have infinite ranked kits even if its only at low ranks

English

@Axsonth @LordQKumber @Pirat_Nation Yeah, no.
to make D3 everyone who signed the petition would need to drop 1.5k to fund it.
The issue with destiny is that no one buys anything outside the expansions.
90% of the skins suck, it's why I've pretty much exclusively ran the first solstice armour since it came out
English

@LordQKumber @Pirat_Nation If they cared about profits, they would've made a Destiny 3. 130k players pulled up on a farewell update. That's still 50k more players than for Marathon during free weekends lol
You Marathon shills are truly special.
English

@splashymcsplash @lumbogg Add on how incredibly cheap content is to develop for marathon the profitablity of the game is much better than destiny.
Can have a small population that spend often or a large population that might not spend at all (because they don't have to)
I bought silver like twice ever
English

@splashymcsplash @lumbogg Yet sony and bungie are commited to supporting marathon.
There's no way to earn the premium skins in marathon and I see them often.
Each one costs about £15 so for someone to have all the skins they'll need to drop about 150 on the game.
English

I think if people realized how much cheaper developing and maintaining marathon is compared to destiny 2 we’d stop seeing these arguments
Dexerto@Dexerto
Destiny 2 hit a player count of 167,867 on Steam following its final update, its highest in two years It also reached double Marathon's all-time peak player count
English

@splashymcsplash @lumbogg Would also like to point out that even with 100k on steam, the trial pop is only 8k across all platforms.
Proving that the destiny PvP is well and truly dead.
Crucible was my main mode and I left for marathon because of how it got treated
English

@splashymcsplash @lumbogg If destiny players were willing to show they want D3 they would bust out their wallets and spend 1500 each on silver.
The 400k signatures each spending 1500 on destiny would be enough to fund it.
But destiny players just buy the expansions and that's it. Because of bright dust
English

@splashymcsplash @lumbogg They released Renegades and EoF, but still had a lower pop than destiny's dying breath.
And both of those expansions had more content than this one
English

@Blade_ViiPerZ @lumbogg All it took was for Bungie release content for the game, fixed it for you
English
