I hate doing this but @blueapron has been terrible since rolling out its rebrand…missing items in almost every meal, and they put your past recipes behind a paywall. Oh and the customer support takes 20 minutes to respond and is likely AI. It used to help so much with planning

If you get meal kits delivered, check your stuff. @blueapron has started cutting corners and my current meal is 5 ounces short on produce/meat. I have enough food for one person but I’ve paid for a 2 person dinner. 😡

@blueapron Hopefully they can do a better job at packaging. Had a very difficult time getting food product to show up to where the customer feels like it’s safe to open the box which is already open and then to consume the food.

@FedEx COMPLETELY closed a lost package claim as delivered to the correct address without ANY proof even after I stated that the front porch photo AND house color were NOT mine! Makes me not even want to reorder from @blueapron if I can’t get what I ordered on a consistent basis.
