@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb I’ve personally spend over 6 figures on your platform, I’ve never asked for a refund. - but what’s happening now is more than ridiculous. I have an Airbnb reservation in Dubai worth $10k USD starting march 12th. I’m in the same building already in a different property and for the last 72 hours there have been missile interceptions above the building. Due to this reason + because my embassy advices me to leave the country until this goes over I cannot use my reservation. I then calmly asked the host to cancel the reservation due to this reason. Which he refused and said I needed to cancel under the normal cancellation policy. The normal cancellation policy states that I get back $200 of my $10000 payment? I ask for a partial refund perhaps 20-50% atleast. All request are refused by the host. I ask to move the reservation to a later date so I can without the host losing anything still make use of the money I spend. Which the host ALSO rejects. I simply have never seen someone take advantage of a customer like this! If this were my own fault I would be more than happy to just accept the cancellation policy. But in what scenario is it fair if there are missiles exploding above the property? absolutely ridiculous. I then call Airbnb support, they say the major disruptive is in effect but it only counts for reservations starting at or before march 6th? How does this NOT count. I’m not even asking for a full refund but only getting back $200 is just plain criminal. I’m normally a very laid back customer I never complain, never cancel or ask for refunds. But it’s great to see that @Airbnb allows host to take advantage of consumers in wartime scenario’s I’m posting this purely out of principle if the host is so desperate for 10k he can have it I don’t need it. I’m just disappointed in how you allow this to happen.

@elonmusk Why when you export a conversation from @grok as a PDF it exports the pages as images on a page instead of just text on a page like everyone else? Results in VERY large PDF files compared to just text pages, very inefficient. :/

Yo! I watched all of it actually. Thanks for linking it. Pretty cool. Gotta take what they say with a grain of salt but it is pretty crazy what they were able to achieve. Pretty crazy time to be alive haha. Still don't think there will be any real time AI games. I guess it depends on what we define as a game. I don't doubt they can and will have like a minute or two playable demo like Google's demo, but not what would be considered a "game". AI could probably fully program a simple game from start to finish but to have any sort of story, cohesion, memory (how many points you have, what is in your bag, who did you talk to 2 minutes ago) I don't think so. Let's keep following this!

the one thing i am most impressed about agents is how they can run the full production like if they were a big team they start the script and i see how they are surgically working on each part and validate at each stage... there is a researcher, there is a guy that iterates on the hook until it is perfect, it gives scores for each part, and won't jump into the next part until approved then it gets passed to another agent who takes care of the storyboard... this guy then sends it to another guy who create the visuals, another one who is an expert cinematographer, and so on... all this happening in front of my eyes, a team working together with minimal human input, and the only part i have to take care of, is the part i enjoy the most which is the visuals

Inauthentic content policy = Anti YouTube automation policy. Things have gone from bad to even worse. This channel was a very safe channel in the nostalgia niche. Zero clickbait. All videos were editted very well without any use of Ai. It was on a clean adsense, proxy and had zero links with my other channels that got taken down because of Inauthentic content. But still, YouTube found a link somewhere and took this channel down aswell.

For This Years Update: Im currently running 19 Monetized Youtube Channels. Im engaged to my now Fiancé. I Traveled to Dubai - Bali - Cyprus - Singapore - Japan. Met lots of entrepreneurs and friends along the way. I have no idea how many views / 48h 2025 Was The Year I Learned The Most So Far.

I Failed At the end of 2024 I sold my biggest Youtube Channel for $180.000. With this money I was ready to go all in and invest in my content and knowledge. The goal would be to hit $100.000 / Month as soon as possible and scale to making $1M in 2025. Sadly this didn't happen and I didn't even come close. But what did happen is meeting so many people, learning so much and right now the foundation is lined up for the greatest year of my life. I underestimated how hard it would be to go back from $0 to $100k without any momentum. At the end of 2024 I had 4 monetized channels. Throughout the year I had some major setbacks. But we have learned and still managed to close off the year in personal records. Youtube however is a fast moving landscape with opportunity and destruction left and right. My systems are fully in place. Ready to roll. I have 1 monetary goal in mind. Which I won't share, but you will know when I hit it. The goal I will share however is this: I am planning on launching 1 quality channel a day for the entire year. That's 365 channels. (Excluding translations). Im not doing this alone. We will make mistakes. But the path is clear. No more distractions.
