@BlueInNC16 @NwoBuck @SeminolesR @NicoleAuerbach I'll direct you to the ending of the 2016 ASU/SDSU game
English

Now official: A player disqualified for targeting for the first time during the season, regardless of which half it occurs, may participate in the next game.
If disqualified for targeting a second time in-season, will be required to miss the first half of the next game.

Changes to penalty structure for targeting in DI football approved. ncaa.org/news/2026/3/19…

@azsports155 @ESPNLunardi I was told BYU was a great team. How are they looking now?
English

@BlueInNC16 @ESPNLunardi I was told the Big 10 is a better conference, how is KenPom looking now?
English

@NwoBuck @SeminolesR @FSUBone1 @NicoleAuerbach Yes, nobody will try that.
Egregious plays would still be subject to discipline from the league. Targeting isn’t the only way players get suspended. It’s no more or less of a deterrent than usual
English

@BlueInNC16 @SeminolesR @FSUBone1 @NicoleAuerbach Someone who needs a game breaker in the tent instead of on the field. You think no one will try this? There’s only a downside if you have integrity.
English

@Tdub48864 @iamstefanzonia @TremendousUM You have any stats to back that claim up? Because that wasn’t the case in 2 of the 3 losses
English

@iamstefanzonia @TremendousUM And the games they have lost or come close to losing were bc of the 3pt makes allowed, galaxy brain
English

@ColdironXxsy @CFBHome People are getting mad but factually one of the reasons they changed it was it was getting too hard to recruit kids. They didn’t want to play with the flag on the helmet.
English

@canes_muse 7 scholarship players. The two bench players are true freshmen shooting below 35% on the year.
English

@Underwood_szn You are correct.
Plus we always play like buttholes.
I fuckin hate sports!
Let's all go fishing and have some fun
English

@FSUBone1 @NicoleAuerbach Timing it to a 4th down play still gives 15 yards and an automatic first down…
English

@BlueInNC16 @NicoleAuerbach And no additional suspension. So time it right to a 4th down play, and no suspension at all
English

@oldguyold @HylianHero @Aaron_Torres He didn’t say they played each other. Reading is hard.
Butler is in the Big East NOW, but they weren’t when they went to the title game in 2010 and 2011, they were in the Horizon League.
English

@HylianHero @Aaron_Torres Butler never played SDSU in the title game. 🙄 plus Butler is in the big east and not a mid major
English

@NwoBuck @SeminolesR @FSUBone1 @NicoleAuerbach Who is sending someone out there to give the opponents a free 15 yards and a first down? Get serious
English

@SeminolesR @FSUBone1 @NicoleAuerbach So you don’t put that guy in on the last drive if you need your free targeting shot.
This is a terrible adjustment.
English

@FSUBone1 @NicoleAuerbach How exactly did you come away with it being legalized? They’re still ejected, it’s still a 15 yard penalty, and still an automatic first down.
English

@NicoleAuerbach So now targeting on the final drive to win a game is basically legalized.
English

@bigten @B1GHockey Calling this “college hockey’s biggest rivalry” is a joke, right? 🤣
English

College hockey’s biggest rivalry takes center stage in the 2026 Big Ten Hockey Tournament Championship. 🏒
Michigan and Ohio State face off Saturday, March 21 at 8 PM ET.
#B1G x @B1GHockey

English

@Nozzy1704 @SpartanDawgsEL @bigten @B1GHockey We generally do not like OSU. We hate OSU football. OSU isn’t our biggest rival in any sport except football. This isn’t even debatable
English

@SpartanDawgsEL @bigten @B1GHockey That’s not how the Ohio State UM rivalry works. Maybe other sports but this rivalry crosses everything.
English

@Nozzy1704 @SpartanDawgsEL @bigten @B1GHockey MSU is our biggest rival in hockey (and most non-football sports)
Ohio State hockey is our “rival” in the same way Minnesota football is our “rival”
English

@SpartanDawgsEL @bigten @B1GHockey My bad I shouldn’t expect an MSU fan to understand an actual rivalry.
English

@Genetics56 If these are even accurate, Nebraska both not having any other FBS schools in-state and having no Major pro sports in-state would play a big part in their numbers. By far the hottest ticket in the whole state.
English

@TheMattXu @garfieldschode @umichbball That just means he’s better off coming back and getting taken higher in the draft next year
English

@xdutchmanx @BBsBigHouse1 @UMichFootball @bluebyninety You got the simple answer. His skillset is better suited inside than out.

An assessment shared by insiders and beat writers, as well as coaches who put him there last spring and into fall camp until Babalola’s injury and moved him again in fall camp.

Spring ball is here 👀
As @UMichFootball hits the field, we’re projecting an early look at the 2026 Depth Chart 🔥

English

@TheMattXu @garfieldschode @umichbball Late first at the highest in a couple projections. Which isn’t a good draft slot. That’s definitely in the window where players strongly consider returning to school
