@TLRailUK Do your ticket inspectors get any disability training? I saw Mike make a customer cry when issuing a penalty fare notice to a dyslexic lady who asked for reasonable adjustments and communication in a digital format.

@Soap3004 @Tesco The ladies at the Thornton Heath self service area today were very unhelpful and rude! @Tesco we understand its a busy time but there is no excuse for rudeness or making a DISABLED person traipse around the store because your colleagues damaged a item

@andrealewisRRC Dear Andrea Lewis, your inbox is not set up to allow direct messages. I have recieved a reply from the Ashford and St Peters complaints team. The matron for the area has said I am lying. The computers in ITU can swivel around to face the patients. #NHSlies

@andrealewisRRC Why are the nurses at St Peters ITU using their phones and taking pictures on the ITU? Surely there has to be a more professional way to look to read the guidelines!!
BlueJellyBeans@BlueJellyBeans2

@ASPHFT My partner was in HDU last week. They felt uncomfortable whith the nurses taking pictures. When asked what they were doing thy said they were taking pictures of a QR code to get to the guidelines. I also heard one nurse tell another nurse that the password was itusph

@ITU_SPH why are your nurses making vulnerable patients feel uncomfortable by taking pictures with personal phones at the bedside?

@MaudsleyNHS Your PALs department should be ashamed....you expect a vulnerable patient to talk to a staff member directly about their abusive inflammatory language?

@MaudsleyDoN If the person is at the centre of care, then why are some nurses like this one so ignorant. I Jewish people do not suddenly start being Jewish on Friday at sunset, a person senior enough to be a team leader should not have written that

Not only is the oldest hatred not eradicated, antisemitism is alive & on the rise. UK Jews physically, verbally abused, synagogues vandalized, a Jew faced 2 antisemitic incidents on London transport in 1 hour. An Essex rabbi was assaulted & hospitalized among countless incidents.

These Jew haters can go to hell. They are making life a misery for relatives in various neighbourhoods of London. Those flags were also at David Icke's antisemitic march yesterday which was meant to be about condemning Covid regulations/vaxx.

@NonJnvr I think your approach would work on a campus and in other organisations. It would be too disruptive in a hospital environment, it also requires people to be openly Jewish (something they might not do in a hostile environment)

@BlueJellyBeans2 Well, I'm the head of an initiative that is trying to train Jewish students in meeting anti-Semitism on campus with non-violent resistance methods. Can also help in other scenarios. Visit our website and if what we offer makes sense to you contact us. jnvr.org

"Stand up to anti-semitism", "Fight AS", "We cannot allow AS", "This AS will not stand!" Other than ranting on social media, does it actually mean anything? Is there anything we are actually DOING to fight AS?

@NonJnvr what do you suggest I do? Management won't listen unless public pressure is applied

@BlueJellyBeans2 I disagree. Awareness is important but a) we're in an era where truth is dead b) we're past the point of awareness. Waiting for the good will of others is not what we need. There are simple effective measures we can take on the ground. We just need to want to bad enough.🙏

@lindaflynn51 This tweet shows that patients may be getting concerned about this situation. As a matron at queens square, where you aware of this?
