Worst bit is the nurse in Kingfisher just watched it . I might have been given morphine yesterday, but my experience was still jarring

Nurse handed me a blank self discharge form and expected me to sign it. She said I wasted everyone's time. I left in tears. I felt worthless. I am still in pain ,and it made me faint, but I dont care If I die, I am a waste of time.

I used to think @ASPHFT was friendly and welcoming. Yesterday I had a panic attack, about being alone with men in dark corridors. #PTSD. I got a bed, it was dark, I was scared. I asked if I could stay near the nurses station. Nurse said no, I freaked out. I said I wanted to go

@ASPHFT Disapointed by how rude one of your ED nurses are. They made my cannulas get pulled out and blamed me for feeling dizzy. Perhaps you need to educate them about neuro diversity

@ArrowXL is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. The staff have refused to make reasonable adjustments according to the equalities act. They then blamed me for not having my contact number despite the fact that I emailed it to them #Discrimination @ArrowXL_Help

@Tesco The pharmacist in the tesco thornton heath store is rude and failed to make reasonable adjustments.

@Grad_Services terrible customer service! I am disabled and I phoned to request reasonable adjustments. I was told that they couldn't offer any because they were just a call centre. I asked for a email address and was told there was none

the language in this is very poor .

@MaudsleyNHS This is not the first time this staff member has been disrespectful. I contacted PALS and they told me to talk to the team. Most of the team have been disrespectful about by religion

@MaudsleyNHS Do your staff receive any cultural training? Team leaders should know that Jewish people don't suddenly start being #Jewish on a Friday evening!

I did not demand to speak to a female doctor, I asked to speak to one because it is in line with how I practise my religion. I should not be labled as difficult or demanding for practising my religion
