TSMC don't call their processes 5nm or 4n, they call them things like N5P and N4...
Note all the refs in the article are to MPR... So I think we know who's to blame here...

This is a really good read by @TechInsightsLGC on a subject that does not get talked about enough. Disingenuous claims on process (nm) technology.
