Watch the race Jose waited for Renegade because he knew exactly what he was going to do. Followed him, then pounced! Actually fun to watch overhead.

The best Jockeys are the best! Watch the Arkansas Derby. To me it looked like Irad waited patiently for Silent Tactic to make his move then just followed his lead then pounced. In the Derby Irad didn’t have a bead on anyone,,, but you know who did?? His brother Jose. Watch the

@marks1356 @fatbaldguyracin I agree with you. Something was going on. No way 17 of 19 horses regressed. There’s no way Renegade should have closing 1/8 over 25 seconds? Weird

@fatbaldguyracin the track lookes deep on the rail and listed as fast but the times all day were not fast at all for the class. But lets go with your dumbass analysis.

46.50 was once again just an average pace but without the shakes and drugs the speed horses just can’t keep going . The days of wire to wire winners may be over for good in the Derby . Japan horse waltzed around and couldn’t hold . 46.50 on that souped up track was slower than it says

@TobyCur09754854 @DailyRacingForm I don’t get it either? According to the Beyers, like 17 of the 19 horses regressed. I understand longer race and different track, and Renegade ran amazing,, but didn’t seem like he had his burst he normally has. He should have easily been under 25 final 1/8. Weird??

@DailyRacingForm Beyer numbers have always been and will always be flawed! Beat a bad field and get a high Beyer. Lose to a good field and get a lower Beyer. They want you to believe a Belterra Park Beyer and a Churchill Downs Beyer are equivalent. If you believe that, well, good luck.

@DRFGrening Renegade will be a strong favorite if he runs. Danon Bourban will be a strong contender as well.

Thinking only KY Derby winner Golden Tempo is considering the Preakness. A decision on his status unlikely til he returns to track. New names for Preakness include Chip Honcho, Cherokee Nation, Crupper, Iron Honor, Napoleon Solo, Silent Tactic, The Hell We Did, Talkin, Taj Mahal

@TonyTheodore1 @racing_dudes I didn’t see you mention every other horse that Renegade blew by? Commandment, Wallabee, Further Ado. Did 16 of the 18 runners regress?

I thought the Japanese horse was gonna blow this field away at the top of the stretch the same way the 8 did. The Computer guys were all over these horses. I picked the wrong one in the futures for the Derby. Renegade was really the only one I was afraid of. He regressed, even though it was a great effort.

Working on an article/video this week diving into some wild Derby stats… Golden Tempo’s 95 Beyer (I believe) is the LOWEST ever recorded for a Kentucky Derby winner. Even crazier: he lost last out to the horse who finished DEAD LAST in the Derby. Not taking anything away from Golden Tempo—but something didn’t add up. No way this entire field was THAT slow.

@racing_dudes Everything made sense. The trainer for 6 Speed said I don’t care how fast another horse is trying to get the lead,, we are taking it. Other need the lead horses. This equals benefit for Closers. Surprised Albus didn’t get a piece. Easy Cap race.

Golden Tempo stole the Derby… but that’s not the whole story. - Renegade nearly got it done from the 1 hole. - A MAIDEN had the lead deep stretch… and held 3rd. - 23-1 winner from last. Nothing about this race made sense. 👉 Full recap, race quotes, videos, and Preakness plans: racingdudes.com/golden-tempo-s…

@belgium420 @Cosmideus Well, how much money is enough and when do you need it by? 100,000 Hbar is around $9000. 9 cents. 2035 possibly $5-$10. So, 9 years, which major adoption would have to happen. At $10-100,000 Hbar $1 million enough for you?

@_hederian @hedera Along with all the other major companies,, now Accenture. HBAR has meetings in the Oval Office. Hmmm I’ve used Hbar. Super fast. I’m investing with the companies who don’t lose. Good luck

Newer ppl to @hedera / coming from other networks miss that $HBAR token appreciation is not proportional to utility growth. When it FINALLY decouples from rest of crypto it will capture value slowly and structurally. Not explosively. I wish ppl would stop focusing on HBAR price.

@_hederian @hedera I know a little about a lot of things. And I understand currency and the people controlling it and the world. The biggest corporations own the world, they pay the government money to get what they want. If Major corporations are investing in something, I’m going with them.

@RenCarothers I have watched the Derby a dozen times by this morning and I can glean two things. 1) Golden Tempo had a tremendous run down the stretch and ridden exceptionally. 2) Although Golden Temple won, Renegade ran the best to get 2nd. 3) Watch Mott’s horse in future. ✌️

@Tinky47flat Why didn’t Renegade lose all chance when he was squeezed and almost bumped over the rail? Just like Mike Repol said “no excuses “

The first three finishers were far, far back in the early and middle stages of the race. The only other in that rear group was Albus, which unfortunately he lost all chance at the start, after being badly bumped and squeezed. I haven't analyzed the race seriously yet, but my quick interpretation is that we are almost certainly going to see some different results in the remaining two Classics.

@pawluk_michael A lot of horses got bumped! Believe me, I wanted Renegade to win soo bad. Had $200 on him Derby Pool 1(48-1) A few years ago I had Epicenter at 150-1(frickin Rich Strike) Is what it is. The better horse won today.

In the end the 1 post had no ill effect on Renegade. A little bump but he settled in and saved ground and had a great trip going until Irad hesitated into the far turn and chose to try and slice through instead of just wheeling wide earlier. Great races from the top 2

@MattBrownM2 @Somobomb18 Betting horses is the same as betting any other sport. When you put your original bet in, and the odds change to your benefit, it’s called value. (Example, I bet Renegade in October at 48-1 he went off at 5-1) Value. Lost. But did have Forever F at 12-1 BCup had Justify at 75-1
