Why would the US care about how their actions effect the cowards in Europe? They are incapable of protecting themselves, let alone anyone else.
They are of no use to the US because they are not and have never been dependable allies.
They are merely dependents of the US who whine and cry about everything as if they should have a say.

It's actually not losing my "tether to reality" to notice that America keeps attacking European energy supplies, as it has now happened twice with no care or concern for the effect on our countries.
America is going to lose Europe to protect Israel.

A large segment of UK based influencers, in seeing the managed decline of their country, have shifted markedly to the right. That’s to be expected given the circumstances and the need for immigration reform there. But they’ve also lost their tether to reality and become indistinguishable from leftists when it comes to world events.

Democrats shutdown of DHS was an exercise in futility, even while hurting many innocent workers at TSA and elsewhere. Just to be clear, President Trump and Republicans outfoxed Ds by pre-funding ICE and CBP $165 billion plus, in the One Big Beautiful Bill, or Working Family Tax Cuts. Now that the rest of DHS will be funded, we will plus up enforcement dollar for years to come in the coming reconciliation bill.

Because Senate Democrats didn’t end up accepting the Republican offer on DHS funding & negotiations fell apart yesterday, Dems will get *zero* of the ICE reforms they had been demanding, including ones that GOP had already agreed to, like showing ID, increased Congressional oversight, agreements to not hit sensitive locations, etc. These reforms were the reason Dems started the shutdown in the first place, and now instead of getting a few concessions on their demand list, they get none. The only thing they secured was no funding for CBP & ICE, which are largely already funded via the OBBB, and Republicans will seek to fund them even further without Dem votes in reconciliation instead. As for the Dem’s demand list on ICE reforms? “That ship has sailed,” Sen. Majority Leader John Thune said this morning. “They kissed that opportunity goodbye by failing to provide funding for those agencies.”
