just recieved our third Arianna corner sofa quality seems a lot better but 200mm gap on back cushions.
don't see the gap in the showroom sofa or in the pictures online a company going down hill very fast.
so dissapointing again........
@OfficialFV I have gone in store, untold phone calls and several emails to still have no help. I have taken days off work. Everyone I have told my story will never use your company. Your staff members are rude, nonchalant and ignorant.

@OfficialFV Your Distribution Centre's phones/ procedures need a major overhaul! Missed a call from them on Tuesday and have not been able to get back through to them to arrange a delivery! 50 minutes hanging on this am as Caller No. 2! Seriously??!!
@GazEcc89@RobertoCakes@OfficialFV I was told yesterday it was resolved but again got n email that it will be delivered tomorrow! No one from FV cared to update the delivery company! Shocker !
The worst customer experience I have ever had comes courtesy of @OfficialFV Furniture Village. Anyone else had bad service from them? How did you get it resolved? Been waiting for the store manager to call me for 4 weeks now. Because its a franchise, nothing head Office can do.

@OfficialFV Can somebody please respond? Placed order on 23/05/21 (8088E6469), advised 28 days, now well over 60 days. Can’t get through by phone, tried numerous times and never received a response to my email I sent via website, taken my cash, now can I have my goods please?
@OfficialFV@JezzaBuk Still it’s not resolved . @OfficialFV are you still in belief that my issue has been resolved ? Some third party calling my number without my consent . Only delivering to ground floor and leaving my goods unattended , seems it’s a delivery which should have gone to furnitureV

@OfficialFV@JezzaBuk It’s been 15 weeks now , ridiculous unable to contact these people from FV, sent me broken drawer set for the second time ! I mean why no one cared to check second time before sending to the customer . This is one of many failures by Furniture village . Poor after sales

That is why if you have loss of L5 signal intraoperatively you get a patient with a foot drop. Also why one of the sequelae of a L4/5 paracentral disc catching L5 is footdrop
