Hi @BoostAus, my partner's mobile was ported out of boost, she's called boost, but they said they can't do anything about it. Wondering if someone is hijacking her sim, since she didn't request the porting, nor can boost do anything about it.

@BoostAus ported from optus Prepaid 16th and got an email confirming it was okay and will be done in less than 24 hours. I have followed up numerous times through livechat with boost support and was told to contact telstra porting directly. How does this work?

When there is so much competition in the telecommunication industry, I can't understand why/how Boost Mobile is happy to loose customers by not offering new customer specials to existing users...... Even told by a supervisor to go elsewhere!! @BoostAus
