@BoostAus is a SCAM, been trying to port my number to boost for 7 days now, all their so called "we care helpline" just tells you to get a new sim card and wait for 24 hrs. So far i have paid $150 and bought 3 sims, and it is still not working.

@Telstra I don't see any "chat with us", there is no "chat with us" anywhere on the page. Not on Safari, Not on Google, Not on Firefox. Since i was directed by "BoostCare" to go buy 3 sims on 3 different days, do you want me to go buy a new computer?

@JCelppa There is an orange button at the bottom on the info which says 'chat with us', it opens up a pop up of a chat window. Maybe try in a different browser -Angela

@BoostAus ported from optus Prepaid 16th and got an email confirming it was okay and will be done in less than 24 hours. I have followed up numerous times through livechat with boost support and was told to contact telstra porting directly. How does this work?

@Telstra What live chat? there's no live chat on that link, all it has is a picture that says live chat 24/7. i have looked at that page so many times now, it does not have live chat at all..... don't LIE

When there is so much competition in the telecommunication industry, I can't understand why/how Boost Mobile is happy to loose customers by not offering new customer specials to existing users...... Even told by a supervisor to go elsewhere!! @BoostAus
