Dear @BootsUK Sevenoaks, I really try to support the high street, but if your horrible self service tills do not register makeup because it is light, the one serving staff member is very busy & other staff refuse to go on the till, I will leave my shopping, walk out & shop online

@BootsUK Hi, what is your refund period for online orders? I ordered some hairdye on 21/01 but my shower broke nearly 3 weeks ago before I got to use it. I would have returned it earlier but kept hoping my shower would be fixed (I can’t do it without a shower!).
