@monainpublic@BootsUK NEVER deal with Boots via twitter. There are many fake customer service copies happily trying to refund you whilst stealing your details and money.
Hey @BootsUK, at what point do you take responsibility for overcharging a customer? I was charged twice for a single item at your Liverpool St Station. Since then, I have been stuck in a customer service loop that is frankly unacceptable. 🧵

@BootsUK It is physically impossible for me to visit a store from another country. You have the receipt ID and proof of the error. Refusing to refund an undisputed overcharge because I won't fly back to the UK is not a policy, it’s a total lack of accountability. Please fix this.

@BootsUK I was double-charged for one item at Liverpool Street (Store 803). I’ve emailed customer service 3 times with no resolution. I’m currently abroad and can’t visit the store. Could you please resolve this?
